Milù is run by Camila Cortés and Gabriel Corredor, a cycling couple with dozens of race wins in Colombia and abroad. Gabriel cooked for eighteen years at Trento, his trattoria in Teusaquillo; in 2020 he started testing the dough that now comes out of the wood oven.

Pizzas arrive whole, with a pair of scissors so everyone cuts their own. Neighbours come on weekdays; on weekends, cyclists back from riding the savanna.
